I've a spare office. I can open photography studio but I've not reached that level yet and I'm busy with another business at the moment.

What area or field do you specialize in? Do have any ideas on starting anything? Perhaps I could critique them or help you.

No ideas, I've ideas but I'll use them later. I specialize in finance, ebusiness, and management but thats not I can use. I've 1 empty office I can put it on rent but rents these days are very low, I prefer to start a business that has decent return. One idea I said I can start a photograpy studio but I don't want to get full time involved in that one. I can open up a website but that needs lot of work to code and I don't really need an office for that one.

Nucleus , I think it best be that you leave it until you can get some spare time in your hands. A photography studio would be a great idea, but you have to careful of your location. It can't be quite far off from buildings and civilization, neither can it be situated where there are other competitors nearby. That too, a loan might be necessary in order to purchase equipment, etc. If your not digging that idea, then I suggest you sell it. Website- same thing, it will require some time to think through. Although, if you hire a proffesional website designer to lay it out for you. You might also need to do a bit of advertising here and there as well. Hope this helps!
