With the current price hike in the rents, I am petrified of looking to go from 1BHK to 2BHK apartment in Sharjah. There were many stories I was hearing about Dubai where the price hike was nearly 33% in the last quarter this year. Sharjah, though a lot cheaper in terms of accommodation, but I am sure it will affect here as well.
Anyone has any idea about the current scenario?
