How To Make Kunafeh

Yesterday my friend came to visit me and she brought some Kunafa (with cheese filling). Does anyone know how to make this Kunafa?

hmmmm sounds nice... but what is a kunafa and dont you think it would be wise to ask your friend as she is the one that bought this... hmmmm kunafa with cheese fillings nice

Bugz , I did ask my friend but she dont know how that Kunafa is prepared.

BMreformed , Kunafeh is a dessert recipe. They are seen in Levant regions like Syria, Lebanese, Palestine etc. (that's what wikipedia says).
I tried to make it with ricotta cheese & mozzerella cheese, but they taste different from what I had earlier.

Id say ask her again where she got it from and buy the thing... youll save yourself a lot of hassle.
