HATHA YOGA
This is a flow style class that combines instruction on form, alignment, flow and strength and power and balance. Builds flexibility, control and co-ordination of body, mind and breath.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga concentrates on long held floor postures that stretch connective tissue. It targets the hips, pelvis and lower spine, an ideal practice to work on mind, body and breath.
MEDITATION
A truly new concept with colour using yogic breathing techniques and various forms of meditation using different vibrations of colour, light and sound.
PREGNANCY YOGA
This class will focus on opening the hips, building strength through the lower back through floor based postures.
YOGALATES AND PREGNANCY YOGALATES
Combining the core strengthening methods developed by Joseph Pilates and the flexibility, balance and strength techniques of Iyengar Yoga, Yogalates is an excellent addition to your exercise regime. Suitable for everyone from pre/post natal to injury rehabilitation to the fittest of achletes, each exercise or posture can be modified for the individual.
