Preferably plan arrival on Wednesday exhibition on Thursday and Friday (weekend) city tour on Saturday, Sunday afternoon departure
Fabrication of 35 optimum exhibition stall
Proper booths of 3 X 3 meters (front side open) with 4 lights per stall 1 reception table one sofa and 3 chairs with round table for each stall, there will be few guys who would be interests in 12X 9 meters stall in the center which either they will contact us for fabrication or they will do it themselves
We need 2000 footfalls on each day
1) Venue Option ( 3 star or above ) or exhibition hall in the central business hub
2) We need areas of approx 8000 Sq. ft. where we will have to install 35 – 40 stall of 3 mtr X 6 mtr on sides and 10 mtr and 12 mtrs in the centre
3) Transportation for the participants
4) Promotions (suggest effective media and the rate you can buy media for 1 week for awareness and to generate desired footfall)
5) Flyers will need to be distributed in office are and malls etc for instant footfall.
6) Permissions from local authority for the exhibition etc..
7) Economical air tickets if we can arrange or charter flights

11) Ushers and event management boys
12) Hotel stay – food and lodging for participants 50 pax on twin sharing basis close to the venue (walking distance)
