Teminated And Do I Have Ban?

I was terminated in my company and im in probitionary period. im worrying about my automatic ban. How can the ban be lifted or cleared? I was 3month old on my company and im looking for a job now. mY QUESTION IS can i stay here to find a job is any one knows how my automatic ban will cleared so i will stay in uae and find better job??
