Weight loss tips!! Nov 14, 2012
I have some tips for loss your body weight you should be exercise daily at morning and evening both.Go to gym 2 or 3 times in a week.Make a healthy diet plan which consists on balanced vegetables,cereals and fruits and only enough for your body requirements.Take out the fish and other cholesterol contain food from your daily diet.For this you should be take help of nutrition specialist.Make a dancing steps,push ups and Yoga for body loss.Drink water as much as you can.Have observations about what effects are you having on your body.

For Breakfast: Brown bread with poached egg and tea or coffee without sugar.
For Lunch: Steamed or poached fish or chicken piece with steamed vegetables or raw salad.

WONT WORK

People have tendancy to go back to old routines, everything has to be done gradually and over time.

best thing to give up is processed foods. eg frozen food items such as processed burgers , chicken nugets , sodas etc

especially here in 3rd world/developing coutnries , they use particuarily toxic and banned chemicals to process foods.

next step is to find a relaxing and easy convienient gym that you can go in once in a while.

then the diet part you have to gradually switch to healthy nonprocessed foods , learn about calaries and nutrition , buy a book abou them.

if you want to loose fat , the forumla is simple , burn more calories than you intake.

keep in mind processed food = cancer , heart disease and organ failure ( say this to yourself million times until you get psychologically afraid of these garbage)

you will loose fat gradually and in a healthy way

We should gradually remove non vegetarian food from our diet which mostly add to weight gain and other major diseases.. Sea foods can be added to the diet but not much. In this busy life finding time for exercise is not a practical approach. :D Wherever we are planing to go, if its a warm evening and also a place nearby at a walkable distance go cycling or by walking.Rely less on machines as much as possible for daily chores.... Always remember prevention is better than cure... Thanx .. Take care. :D

Bettypaul , no , all veggie diet is not good for you , you need clean unprocessed red meat. body simply wont function without it. our digestive track is not designed like a cow , or like a carnivore, we have a bit of both systems. making us omnivore and able/should eat a whole variety of items , including a juicy, yummy red steak. if you want to reduce fat , cut out all the carbs and drink lots of water , that all.

wieght gaining is simple , but should be practiced without eating processsed foods ( unless you want some extra tumor and cancer wieghts)

LOAD UP ON CARBS!! thats all. cereals , breads , pastas ,rice , wieght gainer protien is the fastest way to bulk up. at the gym go heavy with low reps (4-6reps) your calories will rocket so high that you cant burn off that easy. you will get bulky and fat guaranteed!!!

I think you must have to do some exercise in morning and also take a lot of care about your diet. Make sue that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Drink more water and also drink green tea to weight loss. With that don't forget to take exercise. Cycling and swimming aare best for this purpose.

always try to keep yourself active and in moveing condition n try to have a glass of luke warm water with some lemon juice and teaspoon of honey in morning it really heelps alot to burn fat

Dancing is also a great way to Lose Weight. When you do the dance moves, you can actually burn upto 100 calories for every ten minutes.

One more best effective thing for the weight loss is taking honey in morning with warm water or lemon with warm water. One should also control his/her diet for this things to work because you diet may produce extra fat than this will burn.

All this advice I know, and have tried, and still I am north of 250kg. why? DNA and food addiction. These cannot be solved by diets. For most severely overweight people, diets will not work, no matter what advice is given or followed up on.

Going for gym or yoga is one more good thing for weight loss as they burn enough calories for you. I used to go to gym regularly to maintain the body. Music is one more great thing to listen while in gym. Take the headphone and start workout and trust me you will not feel tired if good music is going on in the gym area.
