My dad had a company which was looked after my uncle. My uncle had been embezzling money for long time. My dad passed away recently, the company is in shambles. I need to legally sue this guy. What can I do? How can I check how many bank accounts does this man have so we can legally freeze the funds and pay for the damage? Which type of lawyer should I hire?

That would depend which country but it looks like a fraud case. First report to police or whatever authority is there to take fraud complaints.

Then search for previous fraud victims and see which laywer they recommend.

I want to keep it quite before I go to police as he may transfer the money outside the country. I need to know which bank acccounts he owns and hw much he holds before I go to police i have to show the bank accounts and have it ordered to be frozen
