is there any benefit of being born in uae (abu dhabi) i mean applying for a job or any other benefit. I am from pakistan.

None whatsoever. It's work experience in the UAE, and in the other GCC countries that counts...

Unfortunately, for some people, it doesn't make a difference where they are born or where they grew up. There are people born and raised in UK, USA, etc. and hold UK / US passports, but they maintain their home-country values. It's important to uphold good honest values whether from your home country (Pakistan) or from the country you were born and raised in.
