Sorry to join DK in the humbug stakes, but you guys are a day too early, the Easter Bunny arrives with the choccy goodies tommorrow as in Easter Sunday.

How is Easter celebrated in Dubai by the way (commercially)? Do they sell all those chocolate bunnies and eggs at stores? all the colorful Easter deco?

yep everything is available here nowadays just like any other city... Something for every culture.

Happy Easter - bah humbug!

I'm at work with a handful of other muslim colleagues who haven't been given the day off!

Actually it's quite a positive aspect that companies here (or at least my company at least) give people of other religions extra days off - Hindus get Divali off, Christians Easter etc - all in addition to the Islamic holidays when everyone is off. There's positive discrimination for you!
