I thought I'd post this as I have been going to boxing sessions every Saturday morning with my 12 year old son and wanted more people to join.

There are two sessions. 10.30am to 12pm for Men and Boys (over 12 years).

12-1pm kids (11 and under)


There's also a Ladies only session, which I think starts at 9am.

All reasonably priced (around 40dhs adults and 30dhs kids).
