I am working with icici bank as sales officer in mumbai since 26 july 2011. my salary is 19000 pm.,
Now I have got an offer in Dubai as sales officer with innovation outsourced service which is working for Barclays Credit card. Salary is 4500 DHS without food and accommodation. Can any one help me that I should move to Dubai or not.

That is a basic pay for the freshers.
Barclays has goodwill. there will be various stage for the performance. So incentives will be there.
First 2 months will be difficult to adjust due to of various reason no tbecause of the financial constrains.
Pay is good but check out with the increments.
