Cheap rooms in dubai are as rare as rocking horse poo.

The reason why you wont get much of a response is because there probably isnt any available.

Getting the deal usually goes to those already over there, its more of a "by word of mouth" market. another reason why you wont see many advertised.

Hi I have found a verys spacious, decent and brand new apartment in bur dubai, which will be ready as of 1st week of may...the rent is 92-95000, i can pay 60 if anyone is ready to take on the 30...both bedrooms are ensuite with balconies...lemme know rathoras@hotmail.com

yes geraintindxb, finally I found a 1 BR apt on sh zayed rd...so wouldnt require to share...good luck with ur hunt!

I have been through this terrible ordeal of house hunting here myself, and would recommend you guys esp those looking around bur dubai, pick up a 2 BR apartment together and share it instead of looking for some one who has an apartment that you can share with. I had seen a decent sized 2 br apartment just before I found my place this week, it might still be available it was going for 89000 thousand, will work out 45k each.
