Hi all,

I have 2 years unlimited contract with my previous company. They cancelled me just this week, they did not informed me yet that I'm already been cancelled. I got to know that because I went to labour office.
I talked to my manager few days ago, she told me that after cancellation, after I will sign the cancellation paper they will give my all Documents - Original Passport, Emirates ID and cancellation paper to me. But they will give the documents in the AIRPORT! They want me to go back to Philippines, even though I already told them that I found a new job in FREEzone!

Please help me what to do, I dont want to exit to Philippines coz the air freight going back here in dubai is expensive.

Did you ask them why they want you to go to Philippines?

Also shouldn't the new Company from the free zone proivde you an air ticket to come to Dubai?
