Hello everyone.
My name is Brandon D'souza, working currently as an HR officer in Al Barsha.
We had an employee who was absconding from work. Our company PRO filed the Absconding complaint by paying the Bank Guarentee etc. It has been a week since the complaint has been filed.
The documents are currently with me.
I wanted to know what procedures the Labor Department, Immigration Department, and the Police will follow regarding this.
Is there anything that we have to do on our part, or will these Departments take over?

Hi, you should try to get new jobs

absconding will take place if employee really did something bad. evan the case office also ask for the valid reason to employer for absconding. If employer had already register the case in MOL than follow up with the meeting (heiring )

If the case is not yet register and employees passport is with employer than employee can register the case demanding for the passport and remaining dues.
