Guys i like to ask all of you for one favor
i am using apple Mac & for email i am using outlook 2011 but i don't know how my account is deleted from mac i am so upset because i have lot of mails
if some one knows how to retrieve or other solution to get back all mails kindly let me know plz.

Microsoft stores its user data in the user's ~/yourusername/Documents/Microsoft User Data folder.
If that folder was not manually deleted, everything should be their.

Try booting Outlook holding down the Option key, and you should be able to select the appropriate user database if it's still there.

Is Lion installed? If so, it's possible it did a TimeMachine backup to its internal drive and those files might be recoverable.
