Was it because of 12/12/12? I don't know but today must have been one of my worst days in my current employment of 20+ years.

Today I challenged my manager and Director on points they were making. I'm not sure what came over me?

I seem to becoming more militant, the older I get.

Have you noticed a change in your behaviour as you get older?

Why was challenging them a worst moment? Just because the are the manager and diretor does not make above challenge...unless you were wrong (in what you said, not that you said it)!

I like to keep my head down and get on with it. I've found that it makes life easier in the work place but its dawned on me after 20 years that those who shout loudest get what they want. I'm not talking about wages.

I don't believe I was wrong in what I was saying but it wasn't well received. I'm never rude, that would be like writing my own P45.
