Hi,
I am an Indian citizen, holding an Indian passport. I am currently visiting UK on a business visa. I plan to have a 3 day layover in Dubai to vist some family members before returning to India.
For the current travel, one of my relatives applied for my Tourist visa using a copy of my old passport (which is now cancelled as I have a new passport issued) and I was issued a visa using my old passport credentials.
Realizing the error, he has subsequently applied for another Tourist visa using my new passport credentials and I was told that my new visa application was rejected by immigration authorities.
My travel dates are in a week's time. I need help in understanding my options.
