Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I need your help. I am a new Muslim from Canada and Had a Business in Dubai and my local partner sister who had no right but because she is working for Etisalat. She abuse her position and had all the company services cut. Where could I go or turn to for help beside etisalat. They need to be push to resolve this issue as early as possible.

there are laws and regulations in UAE ... no one can take advantage of you ...If your local partner is cheating you or bothering you without any reason you can complain to the police... you have to show them proper evidence... they will listen to both side and solve the issue...

Dubai has a reputation to keep.. i dont think anyone can take advantage of you without getting consequences... complain to the authorities...!

Grt1 , I though the same thing. At the begining I complaint to the police. They said it was an Etisalat Issue. Go to them to have it resolved. It is a long story. I am in court and waiting for Etisalat to rely on who autorised the cutting and why. But they are delaying since months now.

yeah well!! delays do happen in courts... just be patient and keep praying... you are in the right place with your complain...!!

shaze ,Thanks, I have to be patient. I have no other choice but when you have creditors breading down your neck, not able to meet your obligations. you tend to ask are there other approaches, like getting the media involve. How am i able to attend one of the official assembly. How is it possilbe to meet some one like Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid, etc. Etisalat need to be expose for what they have done.
