We bought through Cobone last March. The cruise was postponed several times, first due to summer heat, then due to Eid holidays, and finally they couldn't be contacted anymore ("under maintenance")
Opened a ticket with Cobone, they asked for the email correspondences and then nothing.
Called up 4Yacht and finally they're saying Ekaterina is no longer connected with them. We asked for a contact with the latter but they couldn't give any.

Do you guys know where we can file a complaint regarding this with the Dubai municipality?
