I was reading an article in the Daily Mail today about passwords. It seems the most common password is password, followed by 12345678.
I can't ever say I've used password as a password.
I have that many passwords at work that I need an excel spreadsheet to record them all. I try to keep them the same but different systems require me to change the password more regularly than others so they soon get out of sync. Then I need a password to get onto our network to access my spreadsheet and I write that in my diary.
I have to set new users up on certain systems and give them a password which they have to change at first log on. I usually use newpass or password for their first login. By the time I've set them up, I've usually forgotten which password I've given them when I send the email with the details. I need a password to get into my email to send them their password.
To be honest I'm sick of bloody passwords and wish the computer could read my finger print or my iris or something.
I've resorted to using my favourite mans name as a password and adding numbers after it. The only trouble is I have two favourite men at the moment and a number of variations of numbers.
Do you have lots of passwords and how do you remember them?
