It may be time to break out the face masks. Not convinced healthcare systems in this region could cope with an outbreak.

I always fly with a mask in my hand luggage. Just in case. It sometimes happens somebody has a nasty cough sitting next to me, or somebody with a terrible smell (especially Indians and Pakistani's can produce unbearable odors). Against the smell you can also use some parfum and use it on them when they take a nap or something. There are different kinds and categories of masks and parfums out there, do your research before getting one.

Frequentflier , oh I fart, especially after a good bradwurst mit sauerkraut, but if I have to fart I go spend a penny. That's quite a personal question though.
