Hi All
I am working with a small company from last 11 months, now i have an offer from a big organization (FZE) and new company want me to join as soon as possible, so is it possible to have cancellation within a week by paying penalty etc?

probably not. The rules changed recently and stated that a person must complete at least 2 years with a company, before they can change job or company without incurring fines or bans.
