No doubt that guy in the first video is dedicated, but I would not take any training advice from him... his technique is not very good and in several of the exercises he is in the risk of injuring himself badly. His bench press technique is plain bad, especially when he is not lowering the barbell to his chest but stops just above. The squat is not exactly A2G as he says, and he is not keeping his lower back straight through the exercise, which means he is likely to get a really bad prolaps some day.
