I just want to know what are the procedures involved, i want to sponsor my younger brother to Dubai on a visit visa.
How much will it cost and what documents are required?
Where can i get it done?
How long does it take?
Can i extend the visit to three months? If yes, then how much would the extension cost?

Depends what nationality you are? You don't give this information. A travel agent would be able to assist you in this.
