Hello, I am a US educated Doctor of Chiropractic working in Holland. I was previously house Chiropractor to Stuttgarter, Kickers football (Soccer) team and Porsche Professional Tennis tournament in Germany where I treated many famous athletes.
I treat people of all ages for many diverse problems.
Is there a possibility to work in Dubai, perhaps by a sports orthopedist specialist, as I am accustomed to? If there was a good situation I would consider relocating with my wife and family, or working during vacations there.

I think you can be a chiropractor in Dubai. I found many chiropractors here . You can check the clinics/hospitals they are working in and contact them.
