I am working in Dubai since 2007 as an Accountant with Sky Marine Group . I would like to switch to another ..

Here is my Current duties and Responisibiliteis..

 Accounting functions up to Finalization and Monthly & Yearly Trial Balance.
 Responsible for all routine accounting activities and main point of contact for finance and accounts related matters.
 Reconciliation and finalization of branch accounts and prepares performance analysis.
 Prepare Bank reconciliation and other statements as per management Instruction.
 Preparing Monthly Payment Schedule and ensuring timely payments to creditors.
 Preparation and Analysis of aging debtors and creditors and follow up for payments.
 Monitoring Accounts Receivables, Payables and Cash Disbursement & Expense Recording.
 Maintaining the petty cash imprested of the main office and branches, monitoring of the cheques to timely deposit in the bank.
 Preparation of cash flow statement on a Monthly basis.
 Fixed asset accounting, preparing depreciation & prepaid expenses schedules.
 Maintain Books of Accounts, such as Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, and PDC entry.
 Assisting in Monthly MIS reports, preparing provisional entries for leave salary, air passage, gratuity, overtime, incentive, etc.
 Prepare WPS Documents, maintain pay roll and ensure salary transfer on time.
 Allocate work to subordinates, monitoring and prioritizing their activities.
 Stock Reconciliation on quarter yearly fortnight basis.
 Follow up of credit card transactions done in retail outlets, reconciliation of credit card control accounts and coordinating with bank in case of credit card disputes.
 Liaising with Bank, Land lord and External Auditors.
 Intercompany reconciliation.
 Email and Telephone correspondences with suppliers and wholesale customers
