Beautiful poetry: The day dawns with your permission, and the night falls when you want it! Bollywood! The lady is Muslim, later married that great Indian cricketer and writer Tagore. The music is totally Eastern; not a hint of synthetic stuff, all original! Loved it
I listen to music all the time but sometimes a song reminds you of something and then it takes on a whole new meaning. I've heard the next 3 songs a lot but I only really listened to them on Thursday. I went to a funeral and these songs were played. Ive heard them since that day and they mean so much more. I thought I'd share them with you.
The first one is the Military Wives Choir, played whilst the coffin was brought into the Church. I think its relevent for 2 reasons. Mark, who was 16 and died unexpectedly, was due to take his 'in test' for the army the following Monday. Mark was a bit lost, I mean he'd lost his way in life and joining the army may have been the making of the man. Who knows? Also the words 'Where Ever You Are (my love will keep you safe).

The second song was played after Mark's mum spoke about her son. She spoke the truth and was very brave. I'd held it together until she spoke, with her voice faultering and her very deep breaths, she told how Mark's favourite phrase was 'I can't be ar*sed' . ICBA in kids talk.
Today I don't feel like doing anything...
