i have a question guys i am newly working as a teamleader to a hypermarket i am just coming 3 months now and i already have a working visa, emirate id, etc... but unfortunately i wanna resign now. im trying to apply to a new work and if lucky enough i will accept the offer. what will happen if i resign and go to other job, the company that i applied to is a free zone company. thank you in advance!

Because as per your case it will be 6 months ban. and free zone company doesnt deal with ban they can recruit the employee easily.

Evan you can search your job carefully because changing job frequently wont be the good impression of your resume.
