We can't Hire Local People who knows Arabic language or it will cost high for us at initial stage? Our employees are fluent with english but there is some problem with Arabic Language, then can't be able to speak, writing & hearing is not an issue. Anyways thanks for sharing your views.

Teachers must have a valid teaching license or certificate; teachers must be certified or registered to teach in their home state, province, or region. Most teaching positions in Dubai also require that teachers have at least 2 years of experience teaching at the appropriate grade level, in the relevant subject area.

Yup Post Graduation is necessary.If you are teacher in Dubai/Saudia ,you have to learn both english and arabic.

if you want to job as teacher in Dubai your qulafication Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Native English speaking fluency.and Arbaic Listning is good, nd you can touch 16,400-21,200 AED.
