If we want to open branch office of IT in Dubai then from where can I get support and which place will be appropriate for IT company? Which city has major IT companies developed in?

Required documents to set up the subsidiary:
- Certificate of Incorporation

- Articles of Incorporation OR Memorandum of Articles

- Share Certificate

- Passport Copy of all of the Board of Directors

- Board of Resolution stating who will be appointed as the manager of the company

Must be legally translated to Arabic after the attestation is complete.

-Passport copies of the shareholders

-Visa copy/entry stamp to the UAE

-Noc for the shareholders if they have a residence visa

Most of the documents need to get collected from your mother company as they are photocopies, and legal translation to arabic will not take you more than 2 business days.
