I am currently considering moving to Dubai but I have no idea how to go about it.

Obviously before I move I want to have secured a job. I am currently an Office Manager at a Recruitment company so hopefully someone will need my skills in Dubai.

First of all how do I find a job and would I be required to travel to Dubai for an interview? Would they help me find accommodation? I have no idea where to start?!?

If you have to travel for an Interview depends on the Company, maybe they set up a video conference too. Fringe benefits also can be negotiated

Don't move to interview face to face, try to schedule interview via video conference and you can ask for accomodation and various other allowances that can help you in reducing overhead monthly cost.
