I know they are probably really unhealthy but i do love Red Bull and shandy bass. There's one, that i can't remember the name of that got ginseng in it and it's revolting.So What do you think about energy drinks, is it good for health.So please share.

i drink energy drinks but not on a regular basis, only if i am doing some thing that would require more energy will i take energy drinks but i prefer lipovitan energy drink .tastes better than red bull.

I used to drink them regularly as a teenager but not anymore. I fancy Oronomin C once or twice a week but then again it does not really fall under the Energy drinks category. On another note, Ginseng is supposed to be really healthy for you (and your performance in bed if you will!).

i only had energy drink once, it was the night of my exam.. and i have to wake up all night to prepare for my paper.. and the energy drink did work i dint felt sleepy all night..

Its better to use natural drinks regularly.

Water is the best. But evan sometimes it is not sufficient to have desire result in that case energy drink is the only option.

I once drank Red Bull and I felt nothing.
