Some nice tips that will make using the Dubai Forums more pleasant:
These handy hotkeys work in Chrome15, Internet Explorer 9, FireFox8, Opera11:
Making text larger: Ctrl + +
Making text smaller: Ctrl + -
Default text size: Ctrl + 0(zero)

Previous page(Back Browser button): Alt+Left Arrow, or Backspace button.
Next page: Alt+Right Arrow

Page Down: PageDown or Space button
Page Up: PageUp or Shift+Space button

Move to Previous tab: Ctrl+PageUp
Move to Next tab: Ctrl+PageDown

Middle mouse clicking on a link will open it in a new tab.
Middle mouse clicking on a tab will close the tab.

Ctrl+d Will add the current page to browser bookmarks.

Using Action keys.
Dubai Forums has some keys linked to specific functionality, but unfortunately different browsers activate action keys differently.

Chrome and Internet explorer use: Alt+Action Key.
Firefox: Shift+Alt+Action Key
Opera: "Shift+Esc" will pop up a window with a list of Action keys then you can press the Action Key or mouse click on them.

So here is a list of Action Keys that will work on Dubai Forums.
h - home page. (Examples Alt+h in IE, Chrome | Shift+Alt+h in Firefox)
t - go to top
r - back to logical previous page (from search results to search options, from topic to parent forum)

alt+r is pretty cool, I like how I can go straight to the last post from the home page then press alt+r and go to the parent forum to see other topics.
You should put all DF Action Keys in the FAQ somewhere.

Yes you are right. they should do it. it will save a lot of time and will reduce the typing time.

keyboard shorcuts plays vital role while operating keyboard. It save much time to navigate through options and then perform any action. So if you know keyboard shortcuts then your maximum time can be saved.

this is nice too good needs few more options

Too bad you can not use these shortcuts on an iPad and the Go To menu here still does not work on iPad.
