So I've got a lovely mini-gym set-up in my villa and a banana punching bag lying on the floor that I can't really do much with. I need to find someone to hook it up on the ceiling for me... some people have told me I need to make sure I get an expert as it needs to hook to metal rods or something rather than just drilled into the cement?

Anyone have a contact or reference that I can call to take care of this for me?

I think an anchor bolt is sufficient. And hook to metal rods? do those people mean the steel reinforcement in concrete? I think that's going too far and would be hard to do, and it will expose the steel and possibly ruin the concrete in the long term by rust and other stuff.
