As the title above says, we have a running business for immediate sale. Descriptions are as follows :

Nature of Business : Hardware/Building Materials/Offshore and Oil field Supplies which has been running since 20 years.

The buyer will be handed over the business along with new books ie. No Liability or debts of any kind.

Also, at the moment we are dealing with at least 15-20 top flights organizations in the UAE which will also be handed over to the new buyer.

The whole purchase of the business is inclusive of all the materials that we have in stock, trade license and one vehicle.

The business is running good, the only reason to sell is because we are falling short of running capital and as such the owner is planning to leave the country for good once smooth transfer of everything is taken care of (that would take like 2 - 3 months).
