Steffan , here are the main requirements:

Reporting to the Director, your responsibilites will include but not be limited to:-
Troubleshooting hardware issues related to laptops, printers and peripherals;
Troubleshooting software issues related to Windows 7/Vista, Microsoft Office 2007-2010, Outlook 2007/2010 and other desktop applications;
Configuring and installing new computers using standard software image and packages;
Experience in web design and programming;
Well versed with ERP systems, SQL and network setup;
Able to configure office phone systems.

In order to succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:-
Western-educated with Technical IT-related degree;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Demonstrated understanding of computer hardware, operating systems functions and components;
Fluent English;
Proactive approach toward work and excellent work ethic.
