I am a health care assistant in a private company for 7 months and im planning to go home for personal reasons, I am planning to cancel my visa after I completed my 1 year since someone told me that it is wise to complete my 1 year so that the payment for the cancellation of my visa will be less..is she correct? if so, how much will i pay my company for the cancellation of my visa? please help me..

er ask the PRO of your company? They will tell you this. And yes, normally if you're leaving before your contracted period, many companies with expect you to refund them the cost of the visa and the cancellation fees, which could be around 4,000 Dhs.
