I own property, Emaar does not sponsor residence visa, HELP Mar 29, 2012
Hi folks,
I bought a property in Dubai and got 3yrs residence visa from Emaar. I wanted to renew it but they do not sponsor visas anymore.
Do you have any idea what to do???
I have property, I stay a lot in Dubai, need residence visa.

Ah yes the old property visa catch. I think in all honesty you'll have to get yourself a visa through one of the freezones.
