Hi,

I was offer a position in Dubai. Their offering 30k/month AED (this includes housing and car allowance already) plus flight home for me and my wife once a year, medical insurance for both, variable bonus, and school for kids (which I still don't have).
We're moderated in what comes to spending too much money in our way of life.

What's your opinion? I know is enough to live in Dubai, but will it be enough to have a good life and save some money?

This is a good offer but analyze how much you save at the end of day.

So housing and car have to be taken out of that? Rents are variable and it depends where you want to live, apartment or villa, what kind of car etc.

Idea was to get an apartment around Marina. About 10000 Aed max. Car would be something around a utilitary car (VW golf e.g.).
