I am looking for either a good sized apartment or small villa in the block from the Marina up as far as Mall of Emirates and as far back as Motor city.

A Springs 4m around 80k is where Im leaning but open to all options at this stage.

If anyone has something that fits the bill and wants a mature, reliable tenant then please let me know
