hello everyone! i need help. heres the situation:
i'm came here to dubai as a tourist visa and looked for work. i was able to get one and provided me an employment visa,. i started working with them 2 weeks ago,but i chose to resign because of some issues within the company. i did not sign any contract just the offer letter. employer wants me to pay the visa they processed for me. no problem i will pay.
now, another employer wants me.
question: can i get or do i still need NOC from my previous employer? or will i have a ban?
by the way my previous employer is NOT in the freezone.
the new employer is in ras al kaimah freezone.

Well you resigned in the probation period, so you should be fine to move to the new company.
