Well, welcome to Qingdao(a beautiful sea city in China ), And happy to be friend of you.I will introduce the Qingdao food for you. We usually eat shell with beer in the summer.

We usually go to a road side eatery after work in the night with one or two friend to have a drink of Qingdao beer.
of course we order the 蛤蜊（shell）.
They are the most popular food in qingdao,and easy to make.
But evry delicious, especailly make with chilli.(辣炒蛤蜊)。
