My current radar detector technique (which usually ineffective after 190 Kph) is when you find straight skid marks on the road, it means someone was trying to get below 120.

after 190 kph, it doesn't work with me.

There is a supposed points system but it's not really enforced, plus they have the problem with the locals that they always know someone and get the fines reduced or the points removed after about a week, so it's all a bit useless really.

i don't think there are points for radars...only if they catch u on hard shoulder or if its ur fault in an accident and things like that but no radars...i think...
