making. The various parathas he should have expertise in is Aloo
Paratha, Methi Paratha, Mooli Paratha, Kheema Paratha and then he
should try to innovate.
He also should have expertise in making India chaats like, Sevpuri,
Bhelpuri, Dahipuri, Samosas, Kachoris etc.
Should also have the knowledge biryani making, though not manadatory.
An added advantage would be UAE driving licence.
