Dear All members of this group please help me in my 1 question to you all please give a favourable answer as i am looking for it here is my Question below.

I am working in Ajman (UAE) from last 1 and a half years, I had visited on holiday for 1 months to my Place in India, and after returning there were some changes in my company as my employee had appointed more staff for the company thats never mind mine salary is higher than all employees here , and from back some days my employer is not behaving good with me, he is threating me in my job done , before he was not but now he is pointing out mistakes in my work, Before we had a talk fight also and i was ready to go on cancellation after some time he came back of me saying its alright i will not cancel you. but these things had happend 2 times I really want to leave my company as i want to go home please you all guide me how should i quit, please guide me the procedure of cancellation or rules and regulation of cancellation, is there any kind of labour law or police matter plz my friends help me to go Home. ?

Hi Tahir,

You are not the only one who is having this pain, since you have completed 1.5 years then I suggests you to bear 6 more months and then you can resign. This is the rule in Dubai, I am not sure about Ajman. You can always contact your relevant consulate and they will guide you. Good luck
