Hi all,

I have a manufacturing company inside Ajman Free Zone, set up by my father in law since 2000.

We have now realised that we are paying way too much for this as we have 2 factories an office and large warehouse. in total costing close to 300,000aed p/a. As people are aware the economy is still changing for the worse.

Since my arrival last year i have been trying my hardest to expand our business to cover more of the UAE and GCC, but to no avail. So we have now come to the conclusion that if we cannot increase business we should try to save money elsewhere.

A business client of ours recently opened a manufacturing setup inside of DIP(dubai investment park). My question to you all is something which is very important to us.

-Is DIP a 'sponsor' only setup or can you open a 100% ownership company there.-

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
