There's not a lot to smile about in the UK at the moment, nevertheless, I found myself smiling today. Albeit, late in the day. The first was when I tuned into the radio and then when Beth jumped on me when we were watching TV. I accused her of causing crush injuries.
I don't like local radio. I hate the adverts. So I find myself listening to 'Heart' on digital radio. 'Heart' is London's local station.
It's very 'upbeat' at the moment and never mentions the troubles except for on the News. The two times i tuned in today, the station were playing happy smiley songs. I Love Your 'Smile' by Shanice and 'Smile' by Lily Allen.
I smiled at both but Lily Allen's song struck a cord.
She seems to have been wronged by BF and had him beaten up and she administered laxatives.
