For a long time I am out of the dating game. Yesterday a friend told me his first date story. Got me back to my first dates and remembering the memorable quotes:

"Actually this date is a mistake. I am more looking for a daddy figure"

"My boyfriend is in prison, don't worry about him"

"You are not going to hurt me, are you?"

"I am not interested in you, but my sister is."

Me, 'Can I buy you a drink?' As she was just finishing her half of lager and lime.
Her, "Yes please, I'll have a Brandy and Babycham"!
Me, After returning from the bar, 'Here's your lager and lime, enjoy it as I don't usually splash out on mixers.



A later model;

Me, 'Why vodka and Pineapple?'
Her, "I don't like the taste of Vodka so I mix it with pineapple to disguise the taste"!

She drank britvic pineapple juice from then on, and enjoyed it!.

A girl I work with was asked out and thought she was going to be treated to a meal.
Her date only bought her a drink and then took her home. When they arrived at her door, he obviously expected to be invited in.
