Woman refuses to remove veil and accuses policeman of being racist.
Policman issues fine to woman for not displaying 'P' plates (similar to 'L' plates).
Woman raises complaint against policeman accusing him of forcibly removing her burqua.
Internal investigation (in car camera) finds that womans claims are false.
Police charge woman for making false accusation.
Judge finds woman guilty.
Woman appeals on the grounds that the police couldn't be sure that it was her making the false accusation, due to her wearing a burqua.
Woman is set free
